BROWN LAID TO REST IN FOREST HILL Former Owatonna Girl Brought Here Wednesday and Short Burial Service Held The remains of the late Mrs. Carlton Brown, whose death occured near Bryn Mawr, Penn., arrived in the city Wednesday morning and were taken directly from the Union depot to Forest Hill cemetery where short burial service was said at the grave by Rev. O. G. Colegrove. Those present at the burial were her husband, Prof. Carlton Brown and son, Truesdell Brown and daughter, Miss Marjorie Brown, her brother Lynn Truesdell and wife, and Judge A. C. Hickman, all of Minneapolis. The late Mrs. Brown was an Owatonna girl, the daughter of the late J. E. Truesdell, who was one of the prominent men of the city in the early days. Her marriage to Professor Carlton Brown took place in this city in 1890. Mr. Brown was the son of Elder Brown, who at one time was in charge of the Congregational Church in the early day. She will be remembered by the older residents of the city.
